Facilitators

Anne McDonald is the founder of Collaboration Works and has extensive experience speaking and facilitating in leadership, team and creativity. She has an MA in Psychology specializing in communication and has studied at Second City in Toronto, the Humber School for Creative Writing, and at the Sage Hill Writing Experience.
     Anne offers training in collaboration, communication, and innovation workshops for individuals and organizations across the country. She also teaches theatre for Education students with the Gabriel Dumont Institute at the University of Regina.
     Anne is a published author whose work has been produced by CBC radio. Her novel, To the Edge of the Sea has just won the First Book Award at the Saskatchewan Book Awards. (Thistledown Press, Spring 2011)

John McCallum, BA (Hons), DipC,  has extensive experience providing leadership in the health field, from strategic planning to program development and evaluation. John also holds a diploma in counselling and group leadership from the Haven Institute. and has been an Improv enthusiast for the past several years, including classes and workshops with Prairie Improv.  John delights in coaching people to express themselves more fully and helping people tap into their own innate creativity.
